I incorporate modalities such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to support healing from past experiences, reduce distress, and help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
