Therapy can be helpful if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or not quite like yourself. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit. Many people seek therapy to better understand their emotions, process past experiences, or navigate life transitions. If something in your life doesn’t feel the way you want it to, therapy can be a supportive place to start.
