Hi, I’m Claire!

I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults across Texas, offering a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what you’ve been carrying. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin, showing up is enough.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect for your unique experiences. With experience in complex trauma, I believe that healing happens when you feel safe enough to be honest, explore your thoughts and emotions, and move at a pace that feels right for you. Being certified in several therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) I am able to tailor our work together to best meet your counseling needs.

In our work together, we may focus on:

  • Understanding how past experiences may be impacting your present

  • Developing tools to manage anxiety, stress, and overwhelm

  • Building emotional awareness and regulation

  • Strengthening self-worth and self-compassion

  • Improving relationships and communication

Therapy is not about “fixing” you, it’s about supporting you in reconnecting with your strengths and creating the changes you want in your life.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas (License #64483). I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Baylor University.

A Little About Me Outside of the Therapy Room

Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, being outdoors, and slowing down with simple, meaningful moments. You’ll often find me reading, needlepointing, baking, or curled up with my dog. I also love playing mahjong and unwinding with a good reality TV show.
